The Chairman of the Health and Social Care Select Committee brought forward a debate in the House of Commons on the Health and Social Care Workforce, following the Government's publication of a future plan last month.

Steve Brine, the MP for Winchester and Chandler's Ford, acknowledged the timeliness of the debate which also coincided with the news that the Government accepted the pay review bodies’ recommendations across the public sector.
