Winchester’s Member of Parliament linked up with the St Peter’s team for a tour around the school and a chance to meet some of the students and teachers.
Steve Brine was joined by headteacher, Louise Buxton, and Chair of Governors, Tina Backhouse, as he caught up about experiences over the past year and looking past covid.
This was Steve’s first visit back to St Peter’s Catholic Primary School after visiting in December 2020 to award the winner of his Christmas card competition.
After the visit Steve commented; “Lots of fun to be had this morning as I visited St Peter’s. As one pupil put when the Head asked who the school visitor was “He looks very similar to Steve Brine!” Thank you so much to the team for such a lovely welcome as always.”
