Trinity Winchester held its annual black tie dinner this evening to raise vital funds for the service based in Durngate Place.
The event, which coincided with World Homeless Day, was held at the Holiday Inn at Morn Hill and included a raffle, auction and entertainment from tribute act ABBA’s Angels.
Trinity CEO Sue ‘Super’ McKenna spoke admiringly as did the inspirational Chair Peter North.
Steve Brine attended with his wife Susie alongside several hundred other guests.
He says: “I have supported Trinity since before I was our local MP and always will because the work they do to help people is unique.
“Their ambition to always do more I find inspiring as well, especially the UnderOneRoof project which will bring a housing element to sit alongside the day-Centre operation at Trinity.
“I hope the evening raised a lot of money and know the team, supported as they are by a team of highly professional trustees, will spend it wisely.”
