Children from Hiltingbury Junior School were the latest youngsters from Winchester & Chandler's Ford to visit Parliament, as they travelled to London on Monday 18th July.
They followed children from Harestock Primary and Perins in taking part in the Parliamentary Education Service's activities, and also had their local MP on hand to drop for a Q&A session and hand out personalised certificates, before he went to the crucial debate on Trident.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "They were a great group and I was very pleased I could drop in before squeezing into the packed debate on renewing our continuous-at-sea-deterrent.
"July has been a bumper month for school visits, and I am very much looking forward to seeing these in my diary come September."
