The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP laid a wreath on behalf of his constituents in front of the packed cathedral, which included councillors, officials, the Mayor and past mayors and religious and military figures from across the area.
Lessons were read by Brigadier McLeod and Hampshire's Lord Lieutenant, Nigel Atkinson, while the Dean and Major Phillip Blanchfield led the Act of Remembrance before The Last Post and the two minute silence.
Speaking afterwards, Steve Brine said: "This is always the most humbling ceremony, and the deepest honour to represent my constituents on Remembrance Sunday.
"We have always been, and continue to remain, a military city, and this year, like every other, Winchester did itself proud in marking all those who have paid the ultimate price for us."
The event at the Cathedral came days after Steve Brine took local man Mark Baring to the House of Commons where his great-great-uncle, Guy Baring, was remembered in Parliament. Guy Baring was killed in the Great War, while he was also serving as the MP for Winchester. You can read more here.
