Steve Brine welcomed a group of students from Sparsholt College to Parliament in February as they took advantage of Parliament’s Education Centre which teaches young people about how our democracy works.
The students met up with their MP and discussed a range of topics around their course, which focusses on terrorism and security, including how the government and emergency services respond to terrorist attacks.
The discussion also broadened out into asking him why he had wanted to be an MP and how Parliamentary procedure works across the House.
Steve Brine MP said: “Always a pleasure to welcome Sparsholt to the House. Thanks for coming up and for your questions. I wish them all good luck with the rest of their studies.”
