A group of parishioners from St Matthew with St Paul visited the Houses of Parliament for a tour and to catch-up with their local MP.
The group spent the morning touring the Palace of Westminster, getting a chance to see the Commons and the Lords as well as the stunning Royal Gallery.
After finishing their tour Winchester and Chandler’s Ford MP, Steve Brine, spent time chatting with them about his work and the day-to-day life of an MP before answering a number of questions they had.
Steve said : “I love to have constituency groups in Parliament and the Friends group from St Matthews and St Paul’s were great fun. I hope they enjoyed their visit and the rest of their time in London.”
