Steve Brine joined contributors and distributors of Itchen Valley News to celebrate Vernon Tottle’s 100th edition as editor of the parish magazine.
Itchen Valley News deliver’s their magazine to a number of villages across Winchester’s Itchen Valley, including Easton, Itchen Abbas and Martyr Worthy.
The team gathered in Martyr Worthy Parish Hall, as the local MP gave short speech as he presented Vernon with a gift to mark his retirement after 100 editions.
Steve said; “It was an absolute pleasure to be in Martyr Worthy to catch-up with the team of the marvellous Itchen Valley News for an evening of celebration in honour of Vernon Tottle as he ends his reign as editor. This is the big society in action.”
