Steve Brine spent Saturday out and about chatting to residents about a range of national and local issues ahead of a set of key local election on Thursday 3rd May.

The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP spent part of the day in Shawford with John Godbold, who will be standing in the Badger Farm & Oliver's Battery ward, which now covers Compton, Otterbourne, Shawford and Hursley after boundary changes two years ago.

John is well known to many people as a former long-standing parish council chair in Badger Farm, and has a reputation for working tirelessly for his community.

Steve then popped over to Chandler's Ford and Hiltingbury, where he spent time across the patch again discussing a range of local and national issues, and where he also picked up some local casework.
