The Member of Parliament for Winchester and Chandler's Ford, Steve Brine, caught up with Paul Spencer from the Winchester Business Improvement District for one of their regular walkabouts in the city centre.

Mr Brine received an update on a number of the city's businesses as well as future prospects for the empty shops in town. The MP also heard about concerning incidents of vandalism and theft.

Steve said : "A good start to a busy constituency Friday with one of my regular catch-ups with Paul Spencer on all things city centre and an update on who's coming to Winchester where we currently have empty shop units. Good to see how smart Kings Walk is looking after a difficult few years and nice to have a coffee with Chococo who, despite the mindless vandalism they suffered last week, are very much open for business and smiling as ever!"
