Steve attended the popular fete, which was bathed in sunshine, on Saturday 22 May.
The annual fete, held next to Compton Primary School, attracted happy visitors from miles around, including Steve and his daughter Emily, who enjoyed the bouncy castle as well as a BBQ lunch.
Steve said: “I love the season of Summer fetes and so does my daughter, who thinks Daddy has the best job in the world given the number we visit each year.
"No-one was more surprised than me when the old table cloth trick ended up leaving the crockery in place I can assure you!
“Compton is a lovely event, raising money for the school and the church, a real slice of English Summer.”
