Winchester and Chandler's Ford MP Steve Brine is backing this year's Tour Ride, a cycling event raising money for research into prostate cancer.
A member of the All-Party Cycling Group, Steve was delighted to receive a letter from one of the participants, Dr Ilan Baron, asking to help promote the event, which will test even the most able of cyclists.
Steve said: "I know there are a number of stages across the country, from the Scottish borders to East Anglia and the London area, and there are still places available.
"It would be great to hear if any of my constituents are taking part, and I would encourage any keen cyclists to take a look as it is all for an excellent cause."
