Steve and the family dropped into the Hat Fair on Saturday 2nd July as the city centre was packed with street performers and various stalls.
Thousands hit the streets around the High Street and the Broadway, before the show moved up to Oram's Arbour for the traditional picnic.
Steve said: "We saw a lot of performers amongst the throng, including a very amusing group called the Weirdy Beardies and a talented chap called Ernest the Magnifico. I hope that local people from across the area had a good time, and I was delighted the weather was excellent for the occasion."
