Steve joined Friends of Alresford Citizens Advice Bureau Outreach (FACABO) for a chat and a buffet lunch on Friday 29th October.

With a lovely buffet kindly provided by Cook Academy, Steve took the opportunity to chat to FACABO members about the excellent work they do around the Alresford area.

Steve said: "The more I do this job the more value I can see the local CAB service gives to local people. The people of Alresford deserve decent access to that service as much as anyone.”

FACABO has been set up to raise money to run the Alresford branch for at least five years, and find suitable accommodation for the CAB Outreach service in the town. The organisation also seeks to promote the service to everyone in the area, and ensure the service is fully accessible for local people.

Steve added: "The idea of creating this 'Friends' organisation is really big society and we hope it will prove really successful alongside the statutory funding Winchester CAB so rightly receives."
