Steve and his local team for Alresford spent a morning in the sunshine on Saturday 18 April for their latest street surgery in the town.

He was joined by Cllr Ernie Jeffs and Town Council Chairman, Lisa Griffiths, for the session which ran from 10-midday. Steve's Labrador, Popcorn, was part of the team as always and met many canine friends.

As usual Alresford was a bustling place with Saturday morning shoppers and residents who'd come along to meet Steve in this General Election campaign.

Steve says; "We love this street surgery because Alresford is such a beautiful town and people are so willing to stop and chat about a whole range of local and national issues. It was extra special this time as we had the Winchester Green Party with their candidate Michael Wilks in town at the same time. I hope people enjoyed chatting with us both."

After the event, Steve was joined by Susie and his children for lunch at Pizza Express.

The Alresford team have held a street surgery in the town for over 9 years now.
