Children from Itchen Abbas Primary School came to the House of Commons today.
The Foxes class, made up of Year 5 and Year 6 students, made the trip up to Westminster with teachers Mr Bogan and Mr Robbins as well as some parent helpers.
The group had a tour of the Palace of Westminster before meeting up with Steve Brine for a chat over their lunch.
Steve says; "Itchen Abbas is a lovely rural school and the children seemed to really enjoy their visit to Parliament. They asked what is the best part of my job and the truthful answer is, when I'm in Westminster I love having school visits. Their sense of wonder at seeing the old place is great to see."
