Held on Thursday 19th June at the Holiday Inn, Pennine Events set out their plans for event day, which is Sunday 17th August 2014.
The winner of the 2013 Elite Men's race, Andy Hargroves, was also in attendance as the team set out their targets for the year.
Steve Brine said: "I know that this year the aim is to double footfall on the day to 10000 people, and attract a high calibre and capacity field for each race, as well as increasing the number of local businesses that are engaged with the event.
"As a keen cyclist and a member of the All-Party Group for Cycling, I am so proud that Winchester City Council, Hampshire County Council, Winchester BID and VC Venta are among those supporting the event, which I am sure will be a huge success."
