The village of Micheldever saw Steve Brine's 2022 Summer Tour return this afternoon for a two hour session outside the Northbrook Hall.
Steve was joined by local city councillor, Caroline Horrill, and spent time chatting with residents about local issues and national politics.
One subject raised was a possible new paper recycling plant at Micheldever Station which is causing concern among residents. Steve and local councillors are looking into the situation and seeking to ascertain facts.
Steve says; "Micheldever is a lovely village and one I wanted to get back to with this year's Summer Tour after a few years break with this kind of event. Thank you to everyone who came along or who stopped to chat while out and about. Some seemed genuinely surprised to be out with the dog and stumble across their local MP!
