BF vac visit Jan 2021

Local MP Steve Brine spent the morning at one of our primary care led covid-19 vaccination centres today.

He was one of the volunteers at Badger Farm Community Centre, run by the Winchester City Primary Care Network, where he helped check in patients arriving for their jab and met members of staff.

Speaking on Facebook afterwards, Steve said; "Blimey, that was an incredibly special (and quite moving) day at our Badger Farm Vaccination Centre. Hope I did OK as a receptionist. Will be back! Such incredible professionalism from the team and hugely appreciative patients."

Patients registered with a GP in Winchester will receive an appointment to attend this vaccination centre.

Hampshire Chronicle column - Farewell

Thursday, 30 May, 2024
My final column is perhaps more reflective than usual but I hope you will forgive me as I prepare to formally step down as Parliament is formally Dissolved ahead of the General Election on July 4. Fourteen years ago, in May 2010, I was first elected as our MP.
