Steve Brine joined a group of over 50 people at St Peter's Hall in Thursday 16th November for the Annual General Meeting of Winchester Churches Nightshelter.
Among the attendees were the Bishop of Winchester, the Deputy Mayor, council leader Caroline Horrill and local councillor Ian Tait.
As well as the formal business, the well-known local charity was also presented with their Queen's Award for Voluntary Service (QAVS).
Steve said: "I was delighted to be here tonight, not only for the AGM, but also to mark the fantastic QAVS award, which id richly deserved."
