Following his earlier visit to Hiltingbury Juniors, Steve Brine then popped into Hiltingbury Infants, after they celebrated a very special occasion.

The Chandler's Ford MP took a tour of the school, where he met every class, and also spoke to the headteacher and governors.

He also spent time chatting to the School Council, who gave him a lovely Christmas card.

Steve said: "I was so pleased to be able to visit today, and thank you to everyone at the school for time and hospitality. It's been a special time for Hiltingbury Infants, as they have just celebrated their 50th birthday, and did so in some style!

"It is a lovely school, and I wish them well for the rest of this very busy term."
