Steve Brine kicked off his General Election campaign meeting commuters at Winchester's busy railway station on Friday 5th May.
Steve, who was first elected as the MP for Winchester & Chandler's Ford in May 2010, chatted with people from across the city, as well as people transferring to Chandler's Ford.
He said: "Despite this never-ending season of elections, people were pleased to see us and happy to chat about the campaign to come. I will be standing at this election as a strong and experienced constituency MP able to be effective locally when people need my help and, as a Minister in Theresa May's team, a voice at the heart of Government.
"People very much get this election is about Theresa May or Jeremy Corbyn as our Prime Minister. As Brexit is delivered, I will continue to strike a measured tone that respects both sides of the referendum, focusing on unity over division to get on with it and make it a success for our country."
