Steve Brine met up with the new District Commander for the Winchester area on Wednesday 23rd September.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP spoke with Chief Inspector Claire Edwards at North Walls over a number of policing issues across the area, including the Assistant Chief Constable's rural policing strategy.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "This was a very useful meeting for me, and it was good to meet up with our new Chief Inspector as she takes on her new role."
