Steve Brine visited Abbeyfield Winchester on Sunday 30th June for their Annual Garden Party.
The Garden Party is Abbeyfield Winchester’s biggest fund raiser of the year, and the money raised allows us to provide entertainment for our residents. This year our guests were delighted to be entertained by the Land Girls, and enjoyed their cream teas.
Steve, who has a long association with Abbeyfield Winchester, met their new Chair of Trustees, Linda Snoswell and many of the residents. He also was introduced to a few of their invaluable volunteers.
Steve said: “I was delighted to pop along on what was a beautiful afternoon in Twyford. I had a great time, and could tell that was very much shared by everyone else who was lucky enough to be there as well.”
