Three years ago, I stood to be your local Member of Parliament. I promised to be the best constituency MP we've ever had, a hard-working backbencher in the House of Commons, and where necessary, an independent-minded MP not afraid to stand up to the party whips.
One major item in communicating with my constituents is my Annual Report, produced each Spring. The attached is delivered to 41,000 homes across Winchester & Chandler's Ford during the summer. It covers the period May 2012 through April 2013 (inclusive).
