Steve, who is co-chair of the All-Party Group on Breast Cancer, joined Samia al Qadhi from Breast Cancer Care in Dining Room A, as they discussed various issues surrounding fighting the disease over strawberries and a cuppa.
Steve said: "I was delighted to host this 'tea', which is very much part of a wider series of events held across the country to drum up awareness and support.
"Over 50,000 people are diagnosed every year, and Breast Cancer Care are one of the many groups and organisations really at the heart of combating this dreadful disease.
"Strawberry Teas are a fantastic summer idea, and I really do encourage people across Winchester & Chandler's Ford to take a look and think about holding one locally."
