The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP is holding surgeries across the area during August and September and embarking on a bit of season door knocking. Steve Brine says; "I hope my Summer Tour will become a regular thing and judging by the response from Alresford today there is a real demand for it.
"I already hold a weekly surgery in Winchester and often make home visits where people cannot get to me but it's great to take the surgery into communities across my constituency and that's in-part what the Summer Tour is all about. The Alresford surgery was our first this Summer and it was a busy morning for myself and Cllr Jeffs coveirng many local issues, including of course the future of the 64 bus through Old Alresford."
Steve & Ernie held their surgery in The John Pearson Hall at St John's Parish Church where they are pictured. They will be holding a special Alresford 'street surgery' together on the morning of Saturday September 10 in the town so feel free to pop along if you missed them this time.
