Taking advantage of the glorious weather by holding the surgery outside, Steve spoke to a number of constituents who had arranged to see him, on a range of personal issues as well as broader topics such as equal civil marriage, school places and the behaviour of finance companies.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "I like to mix up my Summer Tours with street surgeries, door-knocking and booked surgeries, and it was so nice to be able to speak to local people sat outside the charming Evangelical Church deep in Highcliffe.
"As ever, surgery throws up some really moving and tricky issues but I am always to listen and do my best to help where I can."
