Winchester City Council launched a residents' consultation on October 4th, tying in with the Government's concept of 'localism'.
The aim of ‘Blueprint’ is to put residents at the heart of the decision-making process in their communities, thinking not only of the present but also twenty years down the line.
The consultation will run until December 10th 2010, and has been designed so that all groups within the community can take part.
