For the second year running, Steve presented awards and said a few words as the event was also graced by the new Mayor of Winchester, Barry Lipscombe, and sponsors from Hendy Ford, University of Winchester, Bauthaup Designs, Sainburys and Hampshire County Council.
Jan Warwick, a member of the organising team, said: "Once again, we had a wonderful occasion. It went brilliantly, and all the kids and parents were very excited. We had some excellent swimmers competing, but best of all it looked like everybody had lots of fun."
Speaking on his way to his next constituency appointment, Steve said: "I was delighted to be asked to come back and present some prizes. This was one of the first engagements I undertook when I was elected last year, and this year was just as memorable.
"We really saw some top-class swimming this morning, and as well as congratulating everyone who took part, I would also like to pay tribute to all the organisers and sponsors who made this happen."
