Following the awful Kings Worthy school bus crash last year, Hampshire Police today revealed they have now had a decision from the Crown Prosecution Service to charge the bus driver with Causing Serious Injury by Dangerous Driving.
The first court date is in April and in the meantime the CPS have asked that we gather some more detailed information from all of the injured children.
If your child was injured, they need to hear from you with your child's name, a summary of the injuries and treatment and copies of photos taken of injuries.

Steve Brine MP said; "This was a truly horrible day for a large number of students and their families as well as those working at the school. I think many people will instinctively be pleased to hear this news but it's important now to stand back and let the justice system run its course"
