Cart and Horses Junction improvements

Hampshire County Council have concluded their consultation on the potential improvements for the 'Cart and Horses' junction on the A33 and B3047 in Kings Worthy.

The council has now published the feedback from their exercise as they consider next steps and what funding package can be put in place to make the change. The options are between two roundabouts or a signal controlled junction and from the 880 responses the former leads the pack.

Steve Brine MP said : "I remain consistent in my view it is only fundamental road layout change that will deliver the simpler - safer - junction we all want at this spot."
