Steve Brine joined Parliamentary colleagues from across the House on Tuesday 28th October as the All Party Group for Breast Cancer marked the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month with their annual reception.

Steve is co-chair of the group, alongside Sharon Hodgson and Annette Brooke, and they were able to secure Shadow Health Secretary, Andy Burnham as guest speaker.

Steve said: "This is such a special event, held as always at the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year we were lucky to be joined by some fantastic guests including the Shadow Health Secretary, Andy Burnham, but as usual it's the survivors who tell it best and remind us all why we're all fighting so hard to beat this dreadful disease.

"Thank you to my co-chairs Annette and Sharon and all who came to make this yet another reminder why this is one of the best supported APPG's in Parliament."
