Steve Brine was on hand to formally open a new affordable homes development in Kings Worthy on Tuesday 13th March.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP has been close to the Radian development, in The Dell off Willis Waye, since the start, and was delighted to meet a number of local residents, including families who are already moving in.
Speaking from the train on his way to Westminster, Steve said: "It was great to come along today and finally see The Dell open its doors, so to speak, and see so many happy people.
"There is a lot going on in Government at the moment around our very real housing needs, and I am always at pains to mention just how relevant this is to Winchester & Chandler's Ford.
"I hope all the families I met today settle in quickly, and enjoy living in the wonderful community in Kings Worthy."
