Steve Brine has welcomed an exciting website which highlights activities and celebrations taking place in Winchester as the Olympics and Paralympics come to London this summer.
The Winchester & Chandler's Ford MP is delighted to see that the site, run by a team at Winchester City Council, provides local people with the chance to explore how they can be a part of a number of projects in the run-up to London 2012, and is looking to work with every school, parish and sports club in the District.
Steve said: "As we move closer to both sets of Games, the excitement really is set to increase to fever-pitch, and Winchester 2012 is a fantastic 'go-to' point for everyone locally looking to join in.
"The site is crammed full of information, news and events, and really recommend that anyone interested takes a look."
