Steve Brine took his family to the Winchester Cathedral Carol Service on Thursday 20th December, and was honoured to be asked to undertake a reading.
The MP read part of the Fourth Lesson, from Luke 1, and was joined by The Pilgrims' School Headteacher Paddy Watson and St Swithun's School Headmistress Jane Gandee.
Speaking afterwards, Steve said: "This is always a truly special service, and this year did not disappoint. There were so many people here sharing in the Christmas spirit in our wonderful cathedral, and I hope everybody enjoyed the service as much as we did."
