Steve and Susie Brine joined theatregoers at Theatre Royal Winchester of Saturday 18th May as Winchester Operatic Society performed Billy Liar – The Musical.
Winchester Operatic Society is a long-standing lively local group which stages musicals, operetta and light operatic productions at Theatre Royal Winchester, and the group has worked with luminaries such as Sir Malcolm Sargent back in the 1920s and 1930s.
Speaking after the performance, which was scripted by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, Steve said: "Susie and I were truly delighted to come along and take in the show, which was fantastic. I know Winchester Operatic Society are currently marking their centenary, and I wish them all the very best as they enter their next 100 years."
