The Winchester MP, who had held a street surgery in Winnall earlier in the day, was joined by Cllr James Byrnes, who lives in Buriton Road and represents Littleton & Harestock on Winchester City Council.
Steve said: "We really enjoyed the afternoon, and while this morning in Winnall was rather wet, we were lucky to have some bright sunshine!
"James and I chatted to so many local people, and topics which came up included Harestock Road development proposals and buses, alongside wider national issues such as the NHS, air traffic control and housing policy.
"This really has been the most successful Summer Tour yet, and I am already looking forward to Chandler's Ford and Badger Farm tomorrow."
