Steve Brine went to Hursley on Friday 4th July, as he met with staff and pupils at John Keble Church of England Primary School.

The visit followed a recent Year 6 trip to the Houses of Parliament, and in addition to being given a guided tour of the school, Steve was able to present the children who visited Westminster with a special certificate commemorating the trip.

Steve said: "This is a lovely school in a beautiful setting, and as well as engaging in a lively Q&A session with Year 6, I was really pleased to be able to stop and chat to children in every class.

"It was also useful to be able to meet up with Geraldine Brown, who has been the school's business manager for two decades now, where I was fully briefed on both the history of the school and their plans for expansion."

The school is run by Marcus Roe, Executive Head, and Rob Sanders, Head of School who arranged the Parliament trip.
