Steve Brine took a senior team to Colden Common on Saturday 7th February as he led a morning knocking on doors in the village.
The Colden Common MP was joined by the area's county councillor, also Leader of Winchester City Council, Rob Humby and senior city councillor Jan Warwick, as well as a team of volunteers as they spoke to dozens of local residents.
Speaking afterwards, Steve Brine said: "This was a really good session, damn cold but really warm reception on the doorsteps.
"Lots of local issues raised with the team including broadband speeds but as the election draws near, many wanting to discuss the national issues and their view on Ed Miliband as Prime Minister. Some responses not repeatable on an MPs website!"
