The event, now in its seventh year, was held at the Holiday Inn on Morn Hill, and the Winchester MP attended to present the Outstanding Personal Achievement award to local cyclists Thomas Hassler and Lee Grant.
Thomas and Lee were part of a team of five which cycled from Alresford to Sweden raising over £7,500 for charities including Cardiac Risk in the Young, Philis Tuckwell Hospice and Relief for Families in Trauma.
Steve Brine said: "This is a superb annual event which really celebrates the rich and diverse sporting activity which takes place across Winchester.
"I was delighted to be on hand to meet Thomas and Lee, and as well as hearing about their journey to Stockholm, was pleased to be able to tell them about the work my All Party Cycling Group has covered in Parliament over the past five years."
The evening also saw how local funding had been used to set up new dance sessions for charity acting and dance organisation Blue Apple Theatre as they performed one of their dance routines in front of over 200 guests.
