Steve Brine took his family to the Alresford Watercress Festival on Sunday 20th May, as the nationally acclaimed event returned to the town.
Thousands of people visited the festival, which celebrates the superb, locally-grown, crop, and there were over 80 stalls with food & drink, arts & crafts, jewellery, clothing and much more.
The day also saw a large cavalcade of musicians, dancers and children accompany the Watercress King and Queen along Broad Street, and there were also a range of children's activities including circus skills workshops, facepainting and a petting farm.
Alresford MP Steve Brine said: "The third Sunday of each May is a fixture in our family calendar, and we all had a great time. It was a real scorcher, and the busiest we have seen it in years."
