The event, held at Lanterns Children's Centre in Winchester, was raising money for the breast feeding support group known as B.A.B.I.E.S. Steve and wife Susie benefited from the service with their two children and have helped them raise money to maintain the service over many years.
There was a silent auction, raffle, face painting, craft and soft play as well as farm animals in the garden. Volunteers from the charity served sandwich and quiche lunch as well as a range of homemade cakes.
Steve says; "We have so much time for Jane and Jenny who run BABIES and what they did for us but also for the wider NCT team who do so much to support families at the same age and stage as us. It was great to catch-up with many of them and to meet so many local families who know me as the MP but also as someone battling the same boat as them."
