Steve Brine visited Winchester Cathedral on Friday 16th September, as he met up with Annabelle Boyes, the Receiver General and Canon Treasurer.
He dropped into catch up on a number of issues, including the major windows conservation project and the arrival of the new Dean coming up in February.
In addition, they dropped into the yard to meet apprentice stonemasons and carpenters, and chat to some volunteers selling books to the public.
Steve said: "I was utterly amazed to see the amount, and in particular the richness, of things going on at the cathedral today. It was a real hive of activity and it was lovely to meet the very impressive group of apprentices."
