He was at the Littleton Show, which has been part of the village since 1921, attracting hundreds of visitors from across the county.
While checking out the stalls and events, Steve met Jamie Brookes, who was raising money for Pancreatic Cancer UK, in memory of his dad Alan, a past Chairman of the show.
Steve said: "It was a pleasure to meet Jamie, and as well as running the stall today, he is running the Berlin Marathon later this year to raise further funds, so please check out the link."
In addition to the field events and wonderful food and drink, there were also displays from Airbourne Aviation, which brought a microlight simulator, Integr8 Dance and fire performer Simon Chainey.
