This is my second Annual Report of the 2019-2024 Parliament which I produce each Spring to fulfil the promise I made to my constituents when I was elected eleven years ago. The report is delivered to 41,000 homes across Winchester & Chandler's Ford during June and July 2021 by an energetic team of volunteers. It covers the period June 2020 through May 2021 (inclusive).
